Ingredients to do Cocada Low Carb:

 100 grams of dry grated coconut without sugar

 ¼ cup of sweetener (I used erythritol)

 2 egg whites

 1 cup coconut milk

How to Make Cocada Low Carb:

In a pan add grated coconut and coconut milk and let moisturize for 5 minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients and bring to low heat without stopping to tinkle the milk, as in the photograph.

Make the help with help of a spoon, and put on non-stick baking sheet greased with butter.
